Terms and Conditions nbig33 — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Member

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and nbig33 ("Platform", "we", "company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by nbig33.

By accessing the nbig33 website, downloading our app, or registering as a member, you expressly and implicitly agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document. This acceptance is mandatory and comprehensive — you may not choose to accept some terms while rejecting others.

2 Member Eligibility

• You have never been banned, suspended, or excluded from any online gambling platform previously.
• You are not currently in a state of bankruptcy or subject to any financial management proceedings that limit your legal capacity.
• Your use of the nbig33 platform does not violate any local laws or regulations in your area of residence.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an nbig33 employee or its affiliates.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at nbig33. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

Registration Details

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as per a valid identity document, an active phone number, a working email address, and your bank or e-wallet details for financial transaction purposes.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

Nbig33 implements strict identity verification (KYC) procedures to ensure the safety of all members. You may be required to submit verification documents including a copy of a valid identity card or passport, proof of current address, and proof of bank account ownership. Withdrawal processing requires successful KYC verification.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. nbig33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your login information. Please contact our customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

All deposits must be made using payment methods supported by nbig33. You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. nbig33 does not accept third-party payments on behalf of members. The minimum deposit is RM 20 for all payment methods.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, except in specific situations requiring special approval from nbig33. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30, while the maximum daily limit is RM 100,000. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks.

Withdrawal Request Cancellation

Withdrawal requests that have been submitted and are being processed cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all recipient details are accurate before submitting a request. nbig33 is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from incorrect account information provided by the member.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Nbig33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement that must be met before wins from the bonus can be withdrawn. Specific terms for each promotion will be stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Nbig33 reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or abuse of the promotions system.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• Bonus value cannot be directly converted to cash until the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Nbig33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules

All games on the nbig33 platform are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or through trained live dealers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verified technical error confirmed by nbig33.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session that results in an invalid or incomplete outcome, nbig33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the member's account. Results generated during a technical disruption will not be recognised as valid.

Credit Restoration

In the very limited cases where a system error incorrectly affects a member's credits, nbig33 will investigate and, if proven, restore the affected credits. All technical error claims must be submitted within 7 days of the incident.

7 Prohibited Member Conduct

Nbig33 enforces a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity on our platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or manipulate the system.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.
• Conducting financial transactions linked to illegal activities or money laundering.
• Making false statements or submitting fraudulent documents during the KYC process.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorized gain.
• Colluding or conspiring with other members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing nbig33 customer support staff.
• Using a VPN or identity-concealing software with the intent to deceive the system.

Nbig33 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of involvement in the prohibited activities above. During an investigation, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended. If a violation is proven, nbig33 reserves the right to terminate the account, freeze funds, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Voluntary Termination by Member

You may close your nbig33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing, ensure all remaining funds have been withdrawn, as funds left in a closed account are subject to a special recovery procedure requiring additional verification.

Termination by nbig33

Nbig33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at nbig33's absolute discretion with reasonable notice. In cases of serious violations, termination may be carried out immediately without prior notice.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The nbig33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nbig33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Nbig33 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Nbig33 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, bugs, or errors at all times.
• Nbig33 is not responsible for unauthorised access to your account resulting from your negligence in protecting your login credentials.
• Losses arising from third-party internet service disruptions, power outages, or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of nbig33.

In all circumstances, nbig33's maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to that claim.
